Do I need to commit to Shugarman’s Bath on my first call with you guys?
Nope! This initial call is for us to learn more about your current pain points in your tub or shower space and to schedule your design consultation with a Shugarman’s Bath design consultant.
What happens if I don’t answer the phone right away?
We typically call within 5–10 minutes during business hours, often even faster! If we don’t reach you right away, we’ll try again before the end of the day. You’re always welcome to call us back at your convenience, and any member of our team will be happy to help.
