Clear Contracts With Straightforward Pricing & No Extras
The price we give you is the price. You won’t find any fine print in the back of our contract that indicates we charge extra if studs need repairing, mold is found, etc. If it’s in the wet area, it’s most likely included and we’ll get it fixed. There are a few exceptions (for example, we don’t exterminate termites, if that is something we find). We can discuss how this works during the design consultation.
Proactive Project Updates
Get updated throughout the process: when materials are ordered, shipped, and arrive in-house, and when we can schedule your install. We update you before you start wondering.
When projects have long lead times, we send check-in messages so you know we haven’t forgotten about you. And if you reach out to us, you’ll never wait longer than a business day to hear back – Guaranteed. If you do, we’ll discount your project by $250!
Helpful ‘On The Job’ Communication
You’ll get lots of important information when we schedule your installation with you. Then, on the big day, your Shugarman’s installer will be polite and eager to communicate.
It’s important to work with them on personalized options like grab bar placement, shelf height, shower head height, etc. We want to ensure you’re happy with all the details! Once your job is complete, we’ll request you sign a completion certificate when you’re TOTALLY satisfied with the project.

We know bathroom remodeling can go sideways for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we uncover stuff that causes it to take longer. Or, an installer gets sick and we have to delay. Or, you have an emergency.
