Tub and Shower Bathroom Remodel in Lake Forest

Lake Forest, long known as El Toro, did most of its growing in the 1970s and 80s, and many of those homes still have the bathroom they were built with. Builder-grade tubs and showers don't last forever.

Work with a team that specializes exclusively in tubs and showers, and get the one you've wanted in as little as 1-2 days.

What Impacts Your Bathroom Remodel Cost in Lake Forest?

Every home in Lake Forest is different, and so is every remodeled tub or shower. Here are the four things that have the biggest impact on your final quote.

Structural Changes

This includes moving plumbing or removing a soffit.

Tub or Shower Size

A compact shower and a spacious Cali Combo are two very different projects. Bigger spaces need more materials.

Materials and Fixtures

From a clean white finish to bold patterns and custom fixtures, the materials you choose shape both the look and the feel of your space.

Custom Accessories

Pick accessories that fit your life, such as seating, grab bars, niches, shelves, and shaving bars.

No Surprises. No Hidden Costs.

The pricing breakdowns you see below apply to each of our solutions: shower remodels, bathtub remodels, tub-to-shower conversions, and shower-to-tub conversions. Each remodel is performed by a highly-trained installer, is backed by a lifetime warranty, and is scheduled to be completed within just 1-2 days*.
*Note: While our average bathroom remodels take 1 to 2 days, we also do complex projects that may take up to a week.

Raving Reviews from Lake Forest Homeowners

From start to finish, Shugarman‘s Bath was great! Excellent customer service, in contact whenever you needed them… Kept me informed about the process from ordering to completion and Tony was amazing. ...

Krisanna M. January 2026 ★★★★★ Lake Forest | Google

Just finished a tub/shower replacement. Jose and his team did an excellent job, respectful, professional, dedicated and clean. Jose went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had a great attention to details. The company supported us with the permit process which was not easy to navigate. Overall, we are really happy with the experience and the finished product and would highly recommend them!

Cedric C. April 2026 ★★★★★ Lake Forest | Google

Adrian did a fantastic job installing our shower. He was on time, professional, and delivered outstanding workmanship. We’re extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend both Adrian and Shugarman’s Bath to anyone considering a similar home project.
